CUSTOM ORDER JEWELRY
This ring is made of sterling silver (925) made by hand in my workshop.
This is a typical ring of the state of Oaxaca in Mexico. This is one of the pieces that I made during my apprenticeship like jeweler in Oaxaca de Juarez School. It is called "Cincelado" meaning chiseled, as we call this type of ring here.
This ring is divided into two parts by a central groove, which separates a polished smooth side and an embossed, textured. The worked portion has a welded oval on top. The engravings on each side near the oval, represent two branches and small-intertwined waves. In the art of Oaxaca, one can find a fish, a moon, an oval or a shamrock on this oval part. I preferred to let neutral.
By the division, it is a ring that gives the illusion of wearing two.
The ring is a 8 1/2 US size.
The width is about 6 mm.
If you’d like the same ring but in a different size, feel free to convo me for a special order.
This ring is one of a kind and is designed for both men and women.
