Hoko, crossed arrows friendship earrings in sterling silver

They are made of sterling silver (925) handmade in my studio.

These little earrings are made of polished triangles. An arrow pattern was hand stamped on the bottom of the earring.

This idea of sterling silver earrings is the result of a double search, such as the two crossed arrows.
The first was working on the idea of direction, the way to go in life, sometimes complicated. The triangle that serves to support represents itself a large arrow, the great path marked. The two punched arrows represent those times when we come to a fork. This is the time where we can try to think well, but where both directions are indicated as well as one another. Those great moments where uncertainty and loneliness mingle. So I looked for a word that deceived me and meant "direction" for this jewel. This is the Japanese word "Hoko" I finally passed.
The second idea for this jewel was the desire to place this pattern of intersects arrows. It has a special significance for American Indians and could only please me. Two crossed arrows symbolize the gathering of two clans or two people for the Indians. In summary, these two arrows symbolize friendship.

Sometimes we need the friendship in times of indecision, when we lose direction. It is this idea, and the desire to celebrate, which led me to meet these symbols in jewelry.

The ear wires are also made of sterling silver by hand. They are perfect to wear every day.

Height: 1.18 inches (3 cm).

Width: 0.7 cm (0.275 inch).
