Air and water, Otomi fish and bird ring in silver

The "Air and Water" ring represents the symbiosis between earth, sky, and water. This silver ring measures 15 mm wide.

The engraving adorning this ring celebrates the art and craftsmanship of the Otomi tribes of northern Mexico, where traditional motifs, passed down from generation to generation, transcend time. These symbols, once embroidered on colorful textiles, were not only artistic expressions, but also powerful signs of identity, memory, and social hierarchy within the community. Each motif tells a unique story, a fragment of living memory, testifying to the history and cultural richness of this ancient people.
