"The Baobabs" necklace is a finely crafted piece in sterling silver, inspired by the beloved tale The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. This unique piece refers to one of the story’s most memorable passages, in which the Little Prince warns of the invisible dangers posed by the baobabs growing on his tiny planet. Through this powerful metaphor, Saint-Exupéry evokes the consequences of negligence, the creeping nature of invasive ideas, and bad habits which, if not dealt with early, can end up consuming everything.

As the Little Prince wisely says:
"Baobabs, before they grow big, start out by being small."

We cut the silhouette of the Little Prince’s planet from a solid sheet of silver. At its center rises a towering baobab, nearly as tall as the planet itself—a striking reminder of the silent threat the story illustrates so poetically. The deeply rooted trunk symbolizes the powerful hold that certain thoughts or problems can gain when they take root unnoticed. The surface of the planet has been hand-textured to evoke a rocky terrain, adding to the raw and poetic character of this imaginary world.

On the back of the pendant, the famous quote is engraved in a spiral, like a soft whisper turning inward—just like the thoughts that keep returning:
