When the sun comes to kiss the sea, tribal ring in silver and brass

When the sun grazes the horizon and slowly descends toward the ocean, time seems to pause: the sea embraces it in a silent union, and together, they melt into one until dawn. This ring tells the story of that rare moment — when two worlds meet: fire and water, day and night.

This creation was born from a customer's imagination, who blended two of our existing designs into one vision. She drew inspiration from the “Sea” ring, with its undulating band evoking ocean waves, and the “Nokomis” ring, with its half-circle plate adorned with a radiant tribal motif. She entrusted us with her idea: to create a piece that captures the feeling of a sunset over the water, with both symbolic and spiritual resonance.

The base of the ring is formed by the “Sea” band, sculpted with gentle curves that recall the rhythm of waves. It is crowned with a half-moon plate inherited from the Nokomis model, engraved with a radiant tribal pattern — triangles, circles, and lines forming a kind of sacred geometry. At its heart, she chose to add a golden brass disk, like a glowing sun sinking into the sea. The lower half of the motif suggests its reflection shimmering on the water’s surface.

This ring is a meeting — between two inspirations, between two metals (silver and brass), and between two natural forces: the sun and the sea. It also speaks of transmission, ancestral memory, and the balance between opposing yet complementary energies.

A one-of-a-kind creation, born of a deeply personal vision, that we were honored to bring to life.
