These botanical silver wedding bands were custom-made for a client who wanted to bring together two plants, each representing one of the partners. Both wedding rings feature the same intertwined pattern of fern leaves and poppy flowers, inspired by the Art Nouveau style. These original wedding bands bring together nature, love, and the symbol of two lives joining as one.

The meeting between the fern, a plant that grows in woodlands and shady places, and the poppy, a flower found in sunny meadows, is rich in symbolism. On one side, the fern evokes the forest, freshness, and protection. On the other, the red poppy recalls flower-filled fields, warmth, and the intensity of emotions. These two plants, with their different characteristics, come together in a single botanical design, like two people who choose to share their lives while each keeping their own personality.

Without assuming what these plants mean to our client, we can connect them to the language of flowers and their various symbolic meanings. Interpretations differ between traditions, but they allow us to imagine a meaningful message for wedding bands.

In the traditional language of flowers, the fern is associated in particular with sincerity and fascination. Its delicate foliage, which grows in woodlands and shady places, also evokes calm, discretion, and the quiet strength of nature. For these wedding bands, the fern can represent deep and lasting sincerity, faithfulness, mutual trust, and the desire to protect the bond between two people over time.

In the language of flowers, the poppy is traditionally associated with sleep, rest, and consolation. Its bright yet delicate red flower can also evoke passionate feelings, intense emotions, and the beauty of a moment we wish to keep in our memories. In a more personal interpretation, it invites us to enjoy the present, share happy moments, and leave room for the freedom to love without holding back.

Brought together on these silver wedding bands, the fern and the poppy can convey a poetic and balanced message: "A love or bond that is both passionate and lasting: embracing the intensity of the present moment with the poppy while building a relationship based on sincerity, faithfulness, and trust with the fern."

It is also a meeting between the inner fire evoked by the red poppy and the protective serenity symbolized by the green fern. Their leaves and flowers intertwine to form a continuous botanical pattern, like the paths of two people who cross each other's lives and now move forward together.

These fern and poppy wedding bands represent a meeting between two natural worlds, two personalities, and two stories coming together. Their botanical design and Art Nouveau inspiration make them original wedding rings for celebrating a marriage, a romantic commitment, or a deep bond between two people.

Thickness of the ring: this model can be made with thicknesses of 1 mm, 1.3 mm or 1.6 mm. For reference, go to the last photo of the slideshow.

The ring thickness on the model is 1 mm.

Important: depending on your finger size, the solder at the back of your ring will show an interruption in the pattern with a plain vertical and in order to keep an overall harmony. Each rind is custom made and each finish will also be custom made (please refer to the example picture at the end of the photo series).
