JEWELRY
INSPIRATION
Blooming is not an easy task. It requires courage, patience, and a sincere desire to open one’s heart to the world. Extending your petals toward others means taking the risk of showing vulnerability, but also the chance to bloom fully. While solitude can sometimes protect, it does not nurture. To grow is to learn to open up, to shine despite doubts, to flourish.
This delicate silver pendant represents a blooming scaevola, a tropical plant also poetically called the “fairy fan flower.” This evocative name comes from the unique shape of its petals, forming a single semicircle that resembles a half-opened fan — a rare and captivating asymmetry in the plant world, making the flower instantly recognizable.
The jewelry is inspired by this extraordinary geometry. Its shape is wider than the natural flower, composed of several finely cut and hand-textured silver plates. The corolla, shaped like a third of a circle, is edged with a wavy line, as if animated by a gentle breeze. It is adorned with a radiant pattern, suggesting light spreading from the center outward, and enhanced with tiny petals individually soldered, adding depth and movement to the piece.
The stem, stylized and elegant, consists of three layers of overlapping leaves, decreasing in size as they rise, evoking an ascending path. It ends with two small silver spheres.
As a symbol of subtle yet profound flourishing, the scaevola evokes delicacy, modest grace, and quiet resilience.
