Lichen is a symbiotic organism composed of a fungus and an algae. These two entities help each other to develop and grow.

Sometimes, nature seems to remind us that we are not alone on earth, and that our species, although recently tending towards solitude, has a great need for others to thrive. This beautiful necklace features a large, textured silver leaf in the shape of a lichen. An aventurine cabochon, reminiscent of the green of certain lichen species, enhances the whole with a touch of natural color.

Metal: sterling silver (925).
