The Shandar bracelet is a subtle and elegant creation, built around a beautifully highlighted picture jasper cabochon set in sterling silver. This oval-shaped stone, with its sandy and brown tones, evokes wind-swept dunes, its shades shifting with the light like a desert landscape frozen in stone. The minimalist silver setting allows the natural scene within the jasper to take center stage—an authentic mineral painting shaped by time.

The warm brown leather of the bracelet harmoniously extends the tones of the stone, creating an organic and textured ensemble that feels both raw and refined.

In Hindi, the word shandaar (often transliterated as shandar) means "splendid", "magnificent", "grand", or "elegant". It is a fitting name for this unique piece, which captures the almost magical essence of a mineral landscape within a stone.

The bracelet is made of suede—a soft, supple type of leather that is extremely comfortable to wear. The suede strap is 3 mm wide and approximately 1 mm thick. Its slender form makes it easy to wrap around the wrist. The leather is a rich dark coffee brown. The bracelet measures 46 cm in length, with an additional 5 cm sterling silver chain allowing for adjustable fastening with a lobster clasp. Total length: 56 cm.
