Vulpecula, nocturnal fox earrings sterling silver

The “Vulpecula” earrings depict a fox in a nocturnal dance. Their shape recalls that of an ancient frame, with four bracket-shaped sides forming an elegant setting. Inside, a graceful fox balances on its forelegs, tail raised toward the sky like a flame, eyes turned toward three sparkling stars. The background has been oxidized, darkened like a deep night, so that the silver metal and the stars shine with brilliance.

In forgotten tales, it is said that when men lowered their heads, crushed by the night, a fox would leap from the forest. Beneath the starry vault, it danced in silence, its steps weaving an invisible music, and its fiery tail tracing across the heavens a shower of sparks that became stars. Thus, the Milky Way was born: an eternal trail left by the fox’s dance, reminding us that even in the densest shadow, there is always light to behold.

These earrings are named after Vulpecula, the constellation of the Little Fox. By wearing them, one keeps close the image of this free creature, a messenger of the night sky, guardian of the stars, and keeper of human imagination.
