Oditi, oriental sunrise ring in silver, brass and amethyst

The Oditi ring is inspired by the beauty of an oriental sunrise, when the night gently fades and the horizon ignites with shifting hues. The amethyst cabochon, cut in a teardrop shape and deep violet in color, evokes the mysterious shades the sky can take at dawn, between chiaroscuro, purplish clouds, and emerging light.

On a rounded plate, sculpted in a teardrop form whose sides open into graceful curves, rests the amethyst. The stone is set on a small teardrop-shaped base, slightly wider than itself, adorned with fine punched circles reminiscent of constellations fading at daybreak.

Above and below the stone, a fine stem decorated with small leaves symbolically links the rising sun to the awakening of nature. This alliance between sky and vegetation expresses the harmony of the universe, renewal, and growth. The rest of the plate is covered with radiant motifs, like scattered solar rays, while a golden brass bead placed beneath the stone embodies the blazing star piercing the night’s darkness.

The band, finely punched with small feathers, recalls the breath of the wind and the sense of freedom that every sunrise inspires. It invites you to welcome the day with trust and inspiration.

Beyond its refined oriental aesthetic, this jewel carries a name full of meaning: Oditi, of Hindu origin, meaning “dawn,” “daybreak,” or “sunrise.” A ring like a talisman, an ode to reborn light and to the balance between sky, earth, and spirit.
