“Your Heart Is Engraved in My Bark” is a ring born from a custom commission, designed as an ode to enduring love and fidelity.

The starting point was a magnificent rectangular labradorite chosen by our client. Its deep blue shades, crossed by mysterious flashes, evoke a romantic night in the woods. Its fine black lines recall the trunks and branches of a silent forest, as if the stone opened a window onto a nocturnal landscape bathed in the discreet light of the moon. Simply set, the labradorite rests on a slightly larger rectangular silver plate, forming a refined frame that highlights this intimate vision of the night.

The band itself was crafted with a bark-like texture. This choice carries strong symbolism: bark, which grows with the tree, preserves the memory of its seasons, its trials, and its renewals, while continuing to expand. It becomes here the reflection of love, which strengthens and deepens over time. This texture also evokes the tradition of carving a heart and initials into the bark of trees, a simple and timeless gesture to seal a love story.

Finally, this jewel also anchors itself in our clients’ passion for the floral world, where nature, cycles, and the fragile beauty of seasons find their echo. The ring thus combines the strength of the forest, the depth of the night, and the vital impulse of flowers, united in a symbol of faithful and poetic union.
