Answald, medieval reign bracelet in silver, brass, leather, and rhodonite

The Frankish name Answald, derived from Old German, means "he who rules under the protection of the divine." This name evokes the power of a leader, a sense of duty, and authority guided by a higher force.

This bracelet is inspired by the leather straps worn by Early Middle Ages warriors to protect their forearms in combat. Made with a wide, sturdy deep-brown leather strap, it is designed to wrap two to three times around the wrist, combining strength, durability, and medieval style.

At its center, a triangular rhodonite stone draws the eye. Its shades of gray, dark pink, and pale pink symbolize the union of courage, compassion, and harmony.

The hammered and rustic silver setting gives the piece a raw, artisanal aura, recalling the ancestral craftsmanship of medieval blacksmiths.

Answald is a symbol of reign and divine protection, a piece inspired by warriors and sovereigns who drew their strength from the balance between bravery and wisdom.
