Luxury Indochine cross, Paradize from the rock band pendant in silver

The "Luxury Indochine Cross" pendant is an artistic tribute to the French rock band Indochine and their iconic album Paradize. This enlarged and reinforced version of our Indochine pendant was specially created at the request of a client who wanted a more imposing piece to honor the band they admire, hence the “luxury” designation of this pendant.

Engraved in silver, this cross faithfully represents the distinctive logo designed for the cover of the "Paradize" album. Every detail, including the imperfections from the broad brush strokes, has been carefully preserved to capture the very essence of the original artwork. Released in 2002, "Paradize" marked a triumphant comeback for Indochine, propelling the band into the media and commercial spotlight. The cross-shaped logo quickly became an essential symbol for fans, embodying the rebellious and visionary spirit of the band’s music.

Singer Nicola Sirkis offers fascinating insight into the choice of this symbol:

• It is a symbol belonging to the Christian religion, to Catholics. I wanted to reinterpret this symbol. The point is to show that all the world’s religions, which were initially meant to bring happiness to the world, have brought misfortune instead. That is the observation. So this is not a provocation, just a simple statement of fact.
• It is Indochine’s new logo; I have always been very attracted to religious art in general, and that’s it!
