The Mahila ring is designed around a round ocean jasper cabochon, revealing a central orb. This stone displays a succession of concentric circles in soft and varied hues: light green, white, pink, and brown. This harmonious and natural color palette evokes the third eye of a goddess connected to nature, inspired by the ancient and mystical civilizations of India.
The central piece is elegantly enhanced with a delicate and flowing Indian style. The cabochon is set on a silver plate shaped like a flower, with a still-closed corolla reminiscent of the bracket-shaped arches typical of Indian architecture. On either side, two small sepals add to the refined structure.
To bring volume and depth to the Indian-inspired arch, a second, slightly smaller plate is layered over the first, adding an extra touch of elegance.
At the base of the arch, along the curve formed by the stone’s setting, a row of small silver beads and half-spheres echoes the flower crowns worn by Indian deities, symbolizing divine beauty and purity. Opposite the cabochon, a small silver bead balances the design and enhances the contrast of the composition.
The band of the ring is adorned with two concentric circles at regular intervals, inspired by the patterns of the stone. These circles also symbolize the different phases and cycles of the moon, adding a deeper meaning to the piece.
Mahila means "woman" in Hindi, a fitting name for this ring that embodies feminine grace, with its soft and sensual curves.
