Lullaby, bird and fern earrings in silver

As the sun begins to sink toward the horizon and its warmth gradually fades away, there comes a moment when nature seems to fall into harmony and understand that it is time to rest. A few birds begin to sing a hypnotic melody, almost like a lullaby, carrying us within moments to the land of dreams. Their song accompanies the end of the day, like one last breath before the silence of the night settles in.

These beautiful elongated trapezoid-shaped sterling silver earrings have been hand-pierced to depict large fern leaves topped with a bird. At the bottom of each earring, small leaf-shaped dangles sway delicately with every step, evoking the cool breeze that sweeps through the woodland undergrowth.

Having existed for more than 350 million years, the fern is one of the oldest plants on our planet. It often symbolizes unspoiled nature, patience, resilience, and secret places where time seems to slow down. Its delicate foliage also evokes freshness, serenity, and a return to calm.

The bird naturally completes this peaceful scene. In many cultures, it symbolizes freedom, dreams, hope, and the connection between heaven and earth. At twilight, as birds return to their nests, their song announces the end of the day and invites a moment of peace. Together, the bird and the fern create a gentle and soothing image, like a silent walk through the woodland undergrowth as the light turns golden.
