JEWELRY
INSPIRATION
The "Ineko" ring, a name of Japanese origin meaning "small rice plant," pays homage to the simple and essential beauty of rice, a symbol of life, prosperity, and harmony in Japan. Originally from China, rice has survived the centuries to become a pillar of Japanese culture, a symbol of purity, abundance, and gratitude to nature. Once used as currency, it represented wealth, fertility, and the life force that connects people to the earth.
The Ineko ring celebrates this sacred connection with the elements and the cycles of life. Adorned with a frieze of plant details evoking rice plants flourishing with their many leaves, it symbolizes purity and vitality. It is the white grain that grows in the clear water of rice fields. It evokes growth, inner peace, and the serenity of a landscape of water and light in the rice paddies.
