JEWELRY
INSPIRATION
The Sultan’s Seal is a ring inspired by the refined art and architecture of the Islamic world. Its engraved arabesque pattern evokes the sumptuous geometric mosaics of Andalusian palaces, the delicate decorations of Moroccan madrasas, and the intricate interlacing of mashrabiyas.
These finely turned wooden screens, emblematic of Oriental architecture, allowed one to see without being seen. They preserved privacy while letting light filter through a lace of shadows. This silver ring draws directly from this art of suggestion and mystery, characteristic of harem interiors—true sanctuaries of hidden beauty.
Wearing this ring is like traveling to the heart of the Arabian Nights, among marble columns, silent fountains, and starry vaults of palaces in the Maghreb and the Near East. The Sultan’s Seal pays tribute to the power of the gaze, discreet sensuality, and the majestic elegance of Islamic art.
