Peony earrings

Peony, flower earrings in sterling silver and agate

The peony flower, a symbol rich and varied across cultures, represents honor, royalty, love, romance, and feminine beauty. It is one of my favorite flowers, especially when it displays that delicate blend of soft and pale pink combined with a more pronounced pink.

This floral inspiration guided the creation of this pair of earrings. We engraved a floral pattern with well-defined and marked petals, reminiscent of the structure of a mandala, on a silver disc. The disc was then embossed to give it the appearance of a dome, thus capturing the semi-spherical volume characteristic of the peony.

To perfect this evocation, we suspended a series of agate beads in pink tones from this flower, reflecting the charming hues of the peony. The combination of silver and pink agate creates an elegant harmony, recalling the grace and timeless beauty of this magnificent flower.

These earrings are a celebration of the delicacy and femininity embodied by the peony. They add a touch of sophistication and refinement, making each wear a true ode to nature and its wonders.
