Traveling companions, raven and hare necklace in sterling silver
Evoking a pastoral scene of a lush forest, this silver necklace captures a vibrant and intriguing tableau. Nestled within a rectangle depicting a series of tree trunks, the landscape comes to life with the presence of a hare darting swiftly across the foreground. Soaring above him, a crow accompanies the hare’s frenzied sprint, prompting questions about their relationship: is it mere coincidence? Are they friends, or engaged in a frantic race? How long will these fellow travelers stay together?
This depiction invites reflection on our own human relationships. Like these animals, we encounter individuals along our journey, some merely passing through, while others remain by our side for varying lengths of time. These encounters shape our life’s path, offering lessons, memories, and precious moments that leave an indelible mark on our existence.
