Melusine, fish scale ring in sterling silver
Melusine means “wonderful” or “sea mist”. This legendary character from the French and German folklore is a fairy coming from popular and chivalrous tales from the Middle Ages, a woman with a fish or snake tail.
The engraved scales remind of the fantastic side of this medieval legend and will be the ideal piece of jewelry for history and legends lovers.
Metal: sterling silver.
Width of the band: 6mm.
Manufacturing time: 5 business days.
Thickness of the ring: this model can be made with thicknesses of 1 mm, 1.3 mm or 1.6 mm. For reference, go to the last photo of the slideshow.
The ring thickness on the model is 1.3mm.
Important: depending on your finger size, the solder at the back of your ring will show an interruption in the pattern with a plain vertical and in order to keep an overall harmony. Each rind is custom made and each finish will also be custom made (please refer to the example picture at the end of the photo series).
