The "Cashmere Leaf" necklace combines the timeless elegance of silver with the delicate beauty of a pink sapphire, evoking the botanical splendor of a cashmere leaf. This exquisite piece draws inspiration from the teardrop motif, also known as Paisley or cashmere, originating from the ancient region of Iran.

This emblematic motif, often associated with a cypress tree, symbolizes the flame of Zoroaster in Mithraism and is linked to Zoroastrianism. Once used on royal crowns, it bears witness to the cultural heritage of the Sassanid (224 - 651) and Safavid (1501 - 1736) dynasties of Iran. Over the centuries, this motif has evolved aesthetically, retaining its distinctive teardrop or pinecone shape, adorned with exquisite floral and leaf motifs.
