Helix, nautilus snail earrings in sterling silver

The word Helix comes from the Latin word for spiral. It is also a name used to simply refer to the mollusk snail. Here, the characteristic shape of the snail's shell embodies the symbol of infinity. The snail, through its slowness, also embodies the virtues of patience, perseverance, and time for reflection, thus revealing the silent wisdom of nature.

Its shell, a symbol of protection and security, becomes the refuge where the cycles of life unfold. By cyclically retreating into its protective home, the snail teaches us the value of patience and the importance of occasionally withdrawing from the hustle and bustle of the world to better regenerate.

The Helix earrings embody this very essence of life. Their delicate silhouettes are shaped in the likeness of a snail, with shells engraved with triangular motifs, evoking the interior walls of the shell, and more philosophically, the stages of life and the goals we set for ourselves over time.
