ABOUT
The name Lysandra means “the one who is free” but it is also a blue nacre colored butterfly. This necklace shows an engraved oval medallion with a moth just as if it was coming from a curiosity cabinet.
It is enhanced with small medallions bezel set with paua cabochons. Paua comes from New-Zealand. For the Maori people, the paua nacre is associated with stars representing the eyes of ancestors observing the world from the nocturnal sky.
Metal: sterling silver.
Stone: paua.
Total length of the necklace: 43.5cm.
